Who is dry pond?
Meet Keith
My name is Keith Cox and I’m a native Wilmingtonian who grew up a contractor’s kid. I learned about building from the ground up, literally! I dug footings and hammered nails, lugging plywood and drywall around sites for too many years to count. Later, I spent 7 years working for the New Hanover County Inspections Department as a level III building inspector. During that time, as a conservative estimate, I have completed over 12,000 residential and commercial building inspections. The experience was invaluable, in that I already knew how I did things, but now I have been able to see how everyone else does them as well. I have inspected projects from new oceanfront homes to complicated remodels in the Wilmington downtown historic district and everything in between. It is this knowledge and experience I will bring to your home inspection.
